Complaints & content removal

Where to

What we promise

• Confirmation of receipt within 48 hours.
• A final answer within 7 working days.
• For reports of possibly unlawful depictions: review without delay; if in doubt, the content concerned is blocked immediately until the matter is resolved.
• Reporting is free and needs no particular form.

If you think you recognise yourself

The figures shown are computer-generated and do not depict any specific real person (see Content & 2257). If you nevertheless believe a depiction recognisably shows you, write to us — we treat such reports as a priority and block the depiction concerned until the matter is resolved.

If you contributed your own model

You can withdraw your contributed model at any time without giving a reason. An informal email is enough; we delete it and confirm the deletion.

Questions about a charge, refunds and deadlines are covered in the terms (AGB), section 6. An email to the address above is enough for that too.
