1. What CHARITITS is

CHARITITS shows three-dimensional, computer-generated human figures (depending on the month and mode female, male or trans) that visitors can change, light and set in motion. Each figure is generated procedurally; it does not depict any specific real person. Details under Content & 2257.

2. What is free

Use is completely free and unlimited as long as the depiction is censored: rolling new figures, all controls, types of movement, lighting moods. No account is needed, and nothing is charged.

🎀 October 2026: Pink October donation mode — nothing is sold

In October 2026 (Breast Cancer Awareness Month) CHARITITS offers no paid services. Removing the censorship is not a purchase during this period: visitors donate directly to Brustkrebs Deutschland e. V. (on its own donation page; the amount is up to them) and confirm the donation to CHARITITS on their word of honour. CHARITITS receives, processes and checks no money and no payment data; the confirmation is not verified. Brustkrebs Deutschland e. V.is not affiliated with CHARITITS and does not endorse this site. The unlock is valid until 1 November 2026. The purchase terms below are suspended during donation mode and only apply again once sales start (in November at the earliest).

3. What costs money — “GRANDMA OFF” (“OMA WEG”) (suspended in October 2026)

The only paid service is removing the censorship.

• €2.00 for 100 uncensored views (2 cents per view).
• €5.00 for 500 uncensored views (1 cent per view).
• €10.00 for 2000 uncensored views (0.5 cents per view).
• One-off payment. No subscription, no automatic renewal.
• Price includes statutory VAT.
• The credit does not expire. Once it is used up, the censored view returns — use remains possible free of charge.
• A share of the net revenue (purchase price minus VAT) goes as a donation to a cause chosen at purchase: 60 % if you choose the cause of the month, otherwise 50 %. The public record is at Donation transparency.

4. Billing

Payment is handled by our payment service provider. Your bank statement shows the name of the payment service provider, not “CHARITITS”. The exact billing descriptor is shown before the payment is completed.

5. Conclusion of the contract

The contract is concluded when the payment is confirmed and the credit has been unlocked. No obligation to pay arises before that.

6. Withdrawal and refunds

This is digital content provided immediately after purchase. By purchasing, you agree to immediate performance and confirm that your right of withdrawal expires once performance begins (§ 356 (5) BGB, German Civil Code).

Regardless of this, we refund voluntarily: if the credit does not arrive for technical reasons, was bought by mistake, or you are dissatisfied for another understandable reason, write within 14 days to derbimon@gmail.com — we refund the unused portion, and the full amount in case of technical faults. Usually handled within 48 hours.

7. Age

The uncensored depiction is intended exclusively for people aged 18 and over. Confirmation of age is required before the censorship can be removed. Anyone contributing their own 3D model goes through a separate, stricter age check.

8. Use

• The depictions may not be downloaded, redistributed or used commercially.
• Automated access and attempts to bypass the censorship are prohibited.
• We reserve the right to block access in case of misuse.

10. Law

German law applies. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected.
